Z-D-IN is 5 digital inputs with self-powered 16 Vdc shared negative pole. The module has removable terminals with section of 2.5 mm2. Input channel are protected by 600 W/ms TVS transient current suppressers. Z-D-IN input channels have 100 Hz 16 bit counters, with settable filter. It’s also possible to set the input as fast totalizer with 32 bit, max frequency 10 kHz. RS485 serial communication supports Modbus-Rtu protocol, maximum 32 nodes. Max 3-way isolation module is 1.500Vac.
Acquisition of digital signals from sensor: Reed, NPN, PNP, Proximity, contact, etc. Counters are saved to a non volatile memory (NVM). Input signals can be filtered.
Pulse counters for digital signals, with max frequency equal to: 100 Hz for 16bit-registers (the signal is acquired from IN1-4); 10kHz for 32bit-register IN5. Node address and baud-rate configurable from Dip-Switches. RS485 serial communication with MODBUS-RTU protocol.
